The western end of the greater one of the Antilles, full of natural, cultural and historical values wich encloses in addition spaces of unique characteristics with ideal conditions for the practice of snorkeling. This activity available at a national level of more than 70 thousand kilometers of the Cuban insular platform, with about five thousand kilometers of coastline, bathed by the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.
About six thousand 500 varieties of fish, crustaceans, mollusks, sponges and accompanied by up to 850 kilometers of coralline barriers in perfect condition, converted the island in one of the best preserved underwater ecosystems of the region.
